Our CrossFit 101 program consists of four class sessions and is dedicated to teaching you (and other beginners like you) the right foundation to begin your CrossFit journey. Each CrossFit 101 session is approximately one hour and includes: a warm up movement demonstrations time for you to practice technique + a workout that is scaled to challenge but not overwhelm you Sign up today!
