2018 CrossFit Hermitage Intramural Open | Five-Week Competition
February 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24 (+cookout on 3/24)
Heats will start at 9 a.m. (ish) each Saturday

Who: All athletes (beginner or experienced) who want to test their skills.

What: Annual world-wide competition spread over FIVE WEEKS. CrossFit HQ announces the workouts each Thursday night & we complete the workouts at the gym on Saturdays.  

When: Every Saturday from February 24 - March 24 (+cookout on March 24).

Where: CrossFit Hermitage | 3522 Central Pike, Suite 205, Hermitage, TN 37076

Cost: $20/person to HQ or to CFH (+$20 if you want a t-shirt...see image below)

Notes of Interest:
  • You can register with HQ and have the ability to submit your scores online to see how you stack up with other athletes around the world (but you have to do the workouts EXACTLY as they're written for the RX or Scaled options). REGISTER HERE then finish the registration below.
  • OR...you can register with us here at CFH and you'll have the option to choose the right level for you each week (RX, Scaled, More Scaled, Uber Scaled).
  • Either way, you do not have to select "RX" or "Scaled" during registration. You can make that choice for EACH workout as it shows up each week. 
  • T-shirts will be ordered AS LONG AS we have enough interest. We can't get shirts for $20 if they are only printing a few of them.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
  • Draft party to pick teams: Friday, February 9 at 7pm...then we all head to JB's Pour House for a beer and a little social hour
  • ONE viewing party on Thursday night Feb 22. We'll have 5pm & 6pm class then 7pm viewing party to watch HQ announce the workout + see some big time athletes complete them (no 7pm SWEAT class that night).
  • If you want to DO the workout that night immediately following the announcement, check the box below when you register.
  • Saturday mornings Feb 24 - March 24, we'll have 8am classes, then heats will start at 9am (no 9am classes). INVITE your friends & family! Crowds & cheers are what help make this a great event.
  • ​Cookout after the Open workouts wrap up on Saturday, March 24.
