6-week FUN KICKSTART to help you focus on habits, nutrition, and accountability.
The Mission: Reduce body fat, Shed excess weight, Sleep better, Recover faster, and Properly fuel your workouts!
When:
Weigh-in & Data Collection on Friday/Saturday, April 14-15 (we'll send a link to schedule your time after you register)
Challenge runs for 6 weeks: Monday, 4/17 - Saturday, 5/27 (wrapping up just in time for Memorial Day weekend)

CrossFit Hermitage (**or virtual**)

- Access to a fantastic nutrition coaching app that drops lessons and content EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. (Normally $159/month)
- Weekly check-ins with a coach to keep you on track. (Normally $159/month)
- Bod Squad Day 1 = Monday, 4/17
- Bod Squad Finale = Saturday, 5/27 (or Friday if you're vacationing for Memorial Day weekend)
