-NO, they don't have to be a member of CrossFit Hermitage.
-YES, we can do this remotely for those who don't live nearby.

6-week KICKSTART to help you focus on habits, nutrition, and accountability.
The Mission: Reduce body fat, Shed excess weight, Sleep better, Recover faster, and Properly fuel your workouts!
When:
Weigh-in & Data Collection on Friday/Saturday, April 11 & 12 (we'll send a link to schedule your time after you register)
Challenge runs for 6 weeks: Monday, April 14 - Saturday, May 24 (wrapping up just in time for Memorial Day weekend)

Registration until April 9: $137/person
Last-minute Registration after April 9: $157/person

- Meal Plan options with Grocery List, Recipe Guides, and Success Roadmap (Normally $200)
- Access to a fantastic nutrition coaching app that drops lessons and content EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. (Normally $159/month)
- Weekly check-ins with a coach to keep you on track. (Normally $159/month)
