We’re hosting THREE different Open-prep Clinics for you guys this year! Attend one or join us for all three - either way, you’ll get personal attention, improve your skills, and might hit a personal best before the Open even begins. 😲

Clinic #1: Pull-ups and T2B with Coach Alexie at 2pm on Saturday, January 25
Clinic #2: Moving Odd/Heavy Objects with Coach Jesse at 11am on Saturday, February 1
Clinic #3: Rowing and Jump Rope with Coach Alexie at 2pm on Saturday, February 8
These clinics are an EXCELLENT way to learn the skills, drills, and proper progressions *for you* to get to the next level....whether that means getting your first-ever pull-up or toes-to-bar or double under OR stringing these moves together and becoming more efficient OR getting more comfortable with the sandbag, the yokes, and even infrequent moves like the KB Snatch.
Don’t have any of these moves yet? That's okay - beginners are welcome!
Coach Alexie & Coach Jesse will teach the foundational body positions and include plenty of drills for all levels in the group.👊
They'll drop some knowledge bombs *specific to you*....and...oh look...just in time to help you prep for the OPEN (or crush your 2025 goals)!
