***OPEN PREP CLINICS***

Coach Alexie is ready to offer his next set of Gymnastics Clinics to help YOU with those bodyweight moves like pull-ups, handstands, toes-to-bar, dips, muscle-ups, and pistols.
It’s always an option to schedule skill sessions or personal training with our coaching team…but clinics are a great way to save money and have fun with a small group while still getting the personal attention you need.

Pick ONE or all THREE below, and use these sessions to prep for the Open and/or work toward your 2023 goals!​

Clinic #1: Pull-ups and Handstands at 7pm on January 2
Clinic #2: T2B and Dips at 7pm on January 9
Clinic #3: Muscle-Ups and Pistols at 7pm on January 16

These clinics are an EXCELLENT way to learn the skills, drills, and proper progressions *for you* to get to the next level....whether that means getting your first-ever pull-up or handstand or toes-to-bar OR stringing these moves together and becoming more efficient.

Don’t have any of these moves yet? That's okay - beginners are welcome! 
Coach Alexie will teach the foundational body positions and include plenty of drills for all levels in the group.👊 
He’ll drop some knowledge bombs *specific to you*....and...oh look...just in time to help you prep for the OPEN!
