DETAILS FOR EVENT 1 - "Pack & Move"
This event starts with specific items set up in a certain order on one side of the gym. At the call of "3...2...1...GO", you and your partner will move all the items to your assigned station, where you will complete the following chipper:
  • 60 KB Swings (male teams: 53# | female teams: 35#) 
  • 50 Partner Deadlifts (male teams: 295# | female teams: 205#) 
  • 40 Ground to Overhead with plate (male teams: 45# | female teams: 35#)
  • 30 Plate Burpees (45#)
  • 20 Partner Box Jumps (male teams: 24" | female teams: 20")
After the chipper is complete, everything must be disassembled and carried back to station 1. WOD is complete when everything is back at station 1, stacked in the exact same order.

NOTES:
Must complete all reps of one movement before starting the next movement on the list.
Partner deadlifts must be completed with both partners standing side by side, all hands on the barbell, actively completing each lift together.
Partner box jumps must be completed in alternating order (you go, I go, you go, I go).
All other reps can be split between partners as you wish.
Scaling options are available, but will rank under all RX scores.
Time cap = 20:00
Score = WOD time

DETAILS FOR EVENT 2 - "Back It Up, Snatchopotamus" 
Against a 10:00 clock, EACH partner will complete the following reps in alternating sets:
25-20-15-10-5
Sit-ups
Reverse Singles
In the remaining time, using one barbell, each team will complete as many Power Snatches as possible (male teams: 75# | female teams: 55#)

NOTES:

Teams may use 2 Abmats and 2 jump ropes, but only one partner is allowed to work at a time and must complete his/her full set of EACH movement before the other partner can go. (i.e., partner A completes 25 sit-ups, then partner B completes 25 sit-ups...then partner A completes 25 reverse singles, then partner B completes 25 singles...then partner A completes 20 sit-ups, then partner B completes 20 sit-ups, etc).
Barbell should be set to the appropriate weight before the clock starts.
Only one barbell per team. All good reps count toward team total.
No scaling.

Score = total number of power snatches
Tie Breaker = clock time at completion of last reverse single

DETAILS FOR EVENT 3 - "Pinky & the Brain" 
As a team, you have 12:00 to run 800m together while both holding a 3' rope then find your heaviest Squat Clean Thruster.
Score for 3A = run time
Score for 3B = combined total of the best lift per partner

At the 12:00 mark, you will begin part C of the workout:
A little surprise brainiac work (might be memorizing a code, might be a puzzle, might be some math...who knows?)
THEN
Complete 100 Sandbag Deadlifts (male teams: 80# | female teams: 50#) while your partner holds a plank position.
THEN - brainiac work + 80 Sandbag Back Squats (same sandbag) while your partner holds a plate OH in a locked out position (male teams: 25# plate | female teams: 15# plate)
THEN - brainiac work + 60 Sandbag Lunges (same sandbag) while your partner holds the high-hip crab walk position.
Score for 3C = WOD time

NOTES:

For 3A: Each partner must keep one hand on the rope during the entire run.
Run = 2 large laps.

For 3B: Each team will be assigned an empty lifting platform with a judge; you must lift ON the platform.
Each team must share one barbell & use clamps.
You may add weight any way you'd like, but once an individual lifter attempts a weight, that lifter will not be allowed to decrease the weight.
Bar must come from the ground, into the full front squat position, then travel in one smooth motion to a locked-out overhead position. (i.e., NOT a clean & jerk...but a squat clean thruster).
It would be wise to wait for your judge's "good rep" signal before dropping the bar.

For 3C: Teams must pass each 'brainiac test' before starting the physical movements. Sandbag movements/reps will only count while your partner is IN the appropriate holding position.
You may allocate the reps as you wish, but you must complete all reps for one movement (and pass the next brainiac test) before beginning the next movement.
Sandbag lunges = 1 rep each time knee touches the ground.

DETAILS FOR FLOATER WOD - "Flintstone Shuffle"
You have 2:00 to do as many 50’ Prowler Sprints as possible.
(male teams: 135# | female teams: 95#)
“Completed rep” = one 50’ prowler sprint. No partial reps given.

At any point between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. (Event 3 Briefing), a team can grab a judge and ask to do the Flintstone Shuffle.

Points from this event can be applied to ANY of the day’s event scores, so there’s some strategy involved (and that also means that previous rankings could change throughout the day).

IF your team chooses to do this floater WOD, the team must decide WHERE to use these bonus points and turn in their signed sheet BEFORE the Event 3 briefing.

Point usage options:
:02 deduction per completed rep from a timed event (Event 1, Event 3A, or Event 3C)
Rep-for-rep addition to Event 2
1 rep = 1 pound addition to Event 3B

DETAILS FOR EVENT 4 - "Takin' My Ball & Going Home"
This Event is ONLY for the the top 2 men's teams and the top 2 women's teams based on placement/ranking from the first three events.

As a team, complete the following list for time:
250m Walking Lunge Relay with MB (male teams: 20# | female teams: 14#)
50 Push Press (male teams: 115# | female teams: 75#)
200 Double-Unders
50 T2B
40 Partner Burpee Wall Ball Shots (male teams: 20# | female teams: 14#)

NOTES:
Allocate the reps between partners as you wish, but only one person can work at a time and you must complete all reps of one movement before starting the next movement on the list.

Only the person holding the MB can do lunges to advance the team forward. Partner will walk next to them waiting to switch out.
Only one barbell per team & it should be loaded to appropriate weight before clock starts. Barbell starts on the ground – no racks.
Teams can use 2 different jump ropes, but only one person can complete the DUs at a time.
For the partner Burpee WBs, you must perform a Burpee immediately after throwing the ball and before catching it from your partner’s toss.
