"Double Trouble" Partner Competition at CFH

Who: All athletes (beginner or experienced) who want to test their skills in a local competition.

What: In-house partner competition that provides the chance to compete with friends on your 'home turf'.

When: Saturday, June 14, 2025

Where: CrossFit Hermitage | 3524 Central Pike, Suite 302, Hermitage, TN 37076

Cost: $45/person

Notes of Interest:
  • MM teams or FF teams or MF teams - you choose!
  • At least one person on the team must a CFH athlete (which means you can invite a CrossFitting friend to join you - no random gym goers, though).​

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO CONSIDER:
We're not running separate RX and Scaled divisions. Instead, we'll adjust the details for each event so it's "equally difficult" for all involved. 🥸

Math
Reverse Singles
Pinch-grip plate carries
Spelling
Shuttle Runs
Balance

It will be DIFFICULT with a splash of WEIRD and a ton of FUN no matter how you're pairing up and/or which workout option you choose on game day - it's a COMPETITION. LET'S GOOO!!!
