Friday Night Lights
Individual Competition for CFH Athletes (+ *invited* friends)
September 14 | Starting at 6 p.m. (ish)

Who: All athletes (beginner or experienced) who want to test their skills in a local competition.

What: Annual in-house individual competition that provides the chance to compete on your 'home turf'.

When: Friday, September 14
Invite your friends to watch - it's a blast!

Cost: $40/person

Notes of Interest:
  • You must decide if you want to compete in the RX division or the Scaled division before you register. Look at the minimum requirements listed to the right to determine your category.
  • Check out last year's page (+a few videos below) so you can see the workouts and get an idea of what to expect (though things will be different this year, HA).
  • First heat will START around 6pm. These nights usually end by 10pm.

Here are the MINIMUM requirements for RX and Scaled divisions. You won't necessarily have to do everything on the list, and you may have the option to do something harder/heavier.
This is simply to give you an idea of:
1 - if you're ready to compete
2 - which division you should select
