Re-read what you just wrote & be sure this is a S.M.A.R.T. Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic,
Timely) and not something unrealistic and crazy like "I want to lose 30 pounds in 10 days" or "I need a Muscle Up by next weekend" or "I'm running a marathon in 3 weeks - can you train me for it?"
