What to expect:
YOU HAVE TWO STYLES TO CHOOSE FROM THIS YEAR!
Some of you love the challenge of going "all in" on something difficult (and as long as that's done for a short period of time, it will work). So a restrictive habit list of "no alcohol" "no sweet treats" etc will work wonders for you to clean things up and feel fantastic!
Some of you would rebel against that approach immediately and back out of the kickstart feeling guilty, which doesn't help anyone. Instead, YOU will have much greater success by focusing on abundance vs restriction and stacking your habits each week.
**YOU GET TO PICK THE OPTION THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU**
Either way, this will be a 4-week group program to help you focus on habits, nutrition, and accountability.
We'll host a private Facebook group for daily interactions and support.
You'll have access to an app for quick check-ins and structure.
We'll draw for fun prizes at the end for those who hit 90%+ compliance.
When:
Registration ends January 10. We'll be sure you have all welcome emails, access to the private Facebook group, supporting resources, etc over the weekend.
The kickstart begins Monday, January 13, 2025 and runs for 4 weeks through Sunday, February 9...and we can continue with nutrition coaching as needed after that.
Where:
This is an online habits challenge. Anyone can participate from anywhere in the world.
