When:
Kick-off Event Saturday, November 16
Challenge runs for 6 weeks: Monday, 11/18 - Saturday, 12/28

CrossFit Hermitage (and/or at your own home)

Cost for CFH Members:
EARLY BIRD (register before noon on 11/6) = $99/person
Register 11/7 - 11/12 = $129/person
DEADLINE TO REGISTER = 6pm Central on Tuesday, November 12
The Scoop:
- Teams of 4
- Holly Jolly Kick-off Event + Nutrition Seminar = Saturday, 11/16
- Holly Jolly Day 1 = Monday, 11/18
- Holly Jolly Finale = Saturday, 12/28
- Online habit tracking & Weekly Check-ins
- Gym workouts & At-home Workouts
- Extra "pop-up" challenges for points (aka HOTWODS)
- Get lean NOW vs packing on the pounds over the holiday season
FITNESS:
- All team members must get a solid, legit workout here at the gym at least 2 times per week.
- You earn workout points by attending classes, doing at-home workouts, and spending time working on your mobility.
- Bonus points for team workouts (details will be shared as we go)
- HOTWODS! They are random, they are quick, they will surprise you, and details will be in the videos as we go.
- All team members must follow a nutrition plan (decide which plan on 11/16) 7 days a week.
- Of course, each person on the team can be on a different plan. It's about building this healthy habit, not following a cookie-cutter meal plan that works for someone else.
- You earn points by following your plan, logging your habits, and completing your check-ins.
- You lose points by going off plan.
- You will have 1 "free meal" per week (max 2-hour window) where you can go off plan and not worry about points/numbers/rules.
- Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day are "free days" - you will not track on those days.
