Membership Agreement Summary:
We believe in transparency and clear communication, so here's the "fine print" you need to know for ALL membership options. These terms are also clearly listed on the membership agreement form that includes your signature, so there should be no confusion about your agreement with us.
- All membership dues are automatically drafted on the 1st day of the month, each month, for the term of the agreement.
- Membership dues are non-refundable.
- Any and all changes to your membership agreement must be communicated via email.
- You may cancel these automatic membership payments for any reason by paying a cancellation fee equal to 40% of your remaining balance.
- CrossFit Hermitage may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice (email is acceptable) if you violate gym rules or cause issues with the coaches or other members of the gym. If this occurs, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
- All memberships are automatically renewed with the same terms at the end of the membership period, unless you request otherwise via email at least five (5) days before the renewal date.
- NOTE: A small number of you were grandfathered into the new system years ago (you know who you are). For you, there is no cancellation fee...but we do require a 30-day notice.
