The OCR Training Series at CrossFit Hermitage will help you prepare for your next (or first) Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, or other mud run/obstacle course event (and everyday life, really). It's a unique group exercise program designed for people who love to have fun, work hard, and are looking to optimize their individual performance. Our next class is a 6-week course that starts September 15 and ends just in time for the October 24 Spartan Race event at Fort Campbell. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and have optional bonus workouts each weekend...all to prepare for a crazy-fun race day! Men and women from all fitness levels are welcome as long as you bring the "want to" and "gumption" to class with you. We will train & encourage you, show you skills and strengths you never knew you had, and help find your weaknesses...but we can't do the work for you. Each class will last about an hour and will use functional movement patterns that deliver time-tested and truly measurable health & fitness improvements for everyone from stay-at-home parents to those who work in offices to our local firefighters and police officers. It's all about pushing, pulling, jumping, climbing, stretching, breathing and lots of sweating...and then FANTASTIC finish-line results! |
