“Coach thanks for the Vanquish Seminar at CFSD, the attention to detail, learning to properly prepare your body before you even TRY to snatch or clean, and learning what each individual's needs are based on WHO they are was spot on training and much needed to take our Tribe to the next level! So blessed to have you meet and experience a small sampling size of the wonderful people I call family at CFSD. Most importantly you brought me back to my roots. FUNDAMENTALS! LOVE IT!! You will be hearing about BIG things from us.” - Aush Chatman, Owner of CrossFit San Diego
