2025 CrossFit Hermitage Intramural Open
Three-Week Competition [March 1, 8, 15]
Heats will start at 9a.m.(ish) each Saturday

Who: All athletes (beginner or experienced) who want to test their skills.

What: Annual world-wide competition spread over THREE WEEKS. CrossFit HQ announces the workouts each Thursday & we complete the workouts at the gym on Saturdays.

When: Each Saturday from March 1 - 15

Where: CrossFit Hermitage | 3524 Central Pike, Suite 302, Hermitage, TN 37076

Cost: $20/person (+$25 if you also want your 2025 commemorative t-shirt)

Need to Know:
  • You must register with us using the form below if you want to participate.
  • You'll have the option to choose the appropriate level each week (RX, Scaled, More Scaled, Uber Scaled) based on your abilities, how you feel, your goals, the workout details, etc. You do not have to select "RX" or "Scaled" during registration. 
  • You may ALSO register with CrossFit HQ HERE (https://games.crossfit.com/open/registration) if you want to submit your scores to the online leaderboard. If you register with HQ, you must complete the workouts EXACTLY as they're written for the RX or Scaled options. You may not scale below the HQ scaled option.
  • T-shirts will be ordered as long as we have enough interest. We can't get shirts for $25 if they are only printing a few of them.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
  • 7pm Friday, February 21: DRAFT PARTY to break into teams and have a little fun before the party officially starts.
  • 7pm Friday, February 28: COACH THROWDOWN to tackle the 1st workout before the rest of us hit it on Saturday, March 1.
  • THREE SATURDAYS March 1 + March 8 + March 15. There will be NO regular classes on those days. We'll open the doors with plenty of time for warm-ups, then we'll run through heats to tackle the workouts. 
  • Saturday, March 15: ​Potluck Party after the last Open workout wraps up.
