Private/Personal TrainingOur experienced coaches (CrossFit, Nutrition, Mobility, Olympic Lifting, Strongman, Endurance, TRX, Group Fitness, and more) are available for Private Training as well. Private training sessions can be booked in 30-minute or 60-minute blocks & we highly recommend these sessions for those who need more individualized attention.

NOTE: Remote coaching and programming also available for those who don't live nearby. 60-Minute Private Training Sessions These sessions are recommended for those who would like to make one-on-one training their primary means of working out. If you would like the extra attention and privacy that a one-on-one private training experience affords, then this option may be perfect for you. $65/session (ask about monthly rates!) Note: These sessions are not recommended for current members who already attend CrossFit group classes. For those members, we recommend 30-minute sessions. 30 Minute Private Training Sessions These sessions are recommended for members who need extra help on a certain skill, or would like to learn a new skill. We cover the basics in our regular CrossFit classes, but sometimes it helps to have a little extra attention for things like: Handstands, Kipping or Butterfly Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, Rope Climbs, Snatch, Clean & Jerk. $40/session Small Group Training (SGT) This is a comfortable medium between CrossFit and personal training. In these small groups of 2-4 people, you have the options and the abilities to customize training specific to individual needs, work exclusively with friends and family and most importantly target your fitness goals. This non-intimidating environment is a perfect option for those who have been on the fence about CrossFit and/or personal training. $30 per person/session |
