Our 6-week Run class is a fun way to help YOU become a better runner. As children, most of us were never really taught *how* to run...it's just something we started doing, right? (Ever see the Friends episode with Phoebe and her unique running style? HA!)
Well, there actually IS a correct way to run that will make you more efficient (read: faster) and ward off those common nagging injuries. You CAN actually enjoy running, be good at it, and be pain free...all at the same time! We invite you to spend 6 weeks learning the Pose running method and preparing for a 5k (or a 10K if you're already used to some distance runs). All levels of runners and non-runners are invited! Decrease your risk for injury. Become a more efficient runner. Learn how to get rid of junk miles and run the way your body was meant to run. (Goodbye Phoebe Buffay....Hello Usain Bolt!) What You Get:

"Taught me about good posture & things to think about when running gets hard. I liked the structured homework assignments rather than me just deciding to run. I liked the class size. It was easy to ask questions & learn from each other. Videos & pictures really helped, too!"
"I really liked the various drills and watching the video clips of our progress."
"I saw consistent results every week and PR'd my 5k by 10 minutes!" (PR = personal record)
"My mile improved by almost a minute and my run on race day was right where I wanted it."
