
Ann began her fitness journey in 2010 with boot camp classes. She was skeptical at first...but for six months, she showed up three days a week…and lost 20 pounds!
Ann didn't STOP after six months...she stayed consistent with her boot camp classes and lost another 20 pounds over the next year. She didn't stop after that either - she began our CrossFit program and she's still going strong today!
We don't focus on too-good-to-be-true quick fixes. We teach the truth; we give you a fighting chance and set you up for long-term success; we help you remove obstacles so you can reach your lifestyle, health, and fitness goals.
See, Ann knew that she wasn't living to her fullest potential...but once she started taking care of herself, she could then share her greatness with the world. In fact, this life-changing experience prompted Ann’s love of fitness and her desire to help others. She worked hard to obtain her group exercise certification and actually started teaching fitness classes!
