Who:
ANY youth/teen (age 11-17) who wants to learn proper weightlifting BEFORE school starts.
What:
4-week program to SAFELY learn proper technique, understand how their bodies move, and help them connect the dots.
Head into the school sports season ahead of the curve, PREPARED, and moving well.
When:
Every Tuesday & Thursday in July from 3pm-4pm.

Cost:
Registration (until June 30): $129/person
Late Registration (after June 30): $149/person

The Scoop:
- Your young athlete will learn how to SAFELY move weights and understand their body patterns.
- They will be more CONFIDENT going into the school sports season.
- They will be PREPARED and ahead of the curve when it's time to hit the weight room.
- They will NOT FEEL LOST when school tosses them into a group of 30+ kids with minimal coach supervision.
- They will build better mechanics to help AVOID INJURY on and off the field.
