Sounds great - just sign up for the next 101 class where our certified coaches carefully explain and demonstrate how to safely and effectively do the movements common to CrossFit training.
CrossFit 101 consists of four sessions and is dedicated to teaching you (and other beginners like you) everything you need to know about CrossFit! Each CrossFit 101 session is approximately one hour and will include a warm up, movement demonstrations, time for you to practice technique, and end with a workout that is scaled to challenge but not overwhelm you. After you graduate from the CrossFit 101 class, you'll continue your membership at CrossFit Hermitage in our group classes. We look forward to having you join the CrossFit Hermitage community! |
If you have been a member of another CrossFit affiliate for 3 months or longer, you might be able to forgo the CrossFit 101 class with our "test out" option.
