CrossFit or SWEAT Classes
We provide two starting points & help you choose which one is best for you.
Option 1: If you want to join the CrossFit fun, you'll start with a set of prep classes (CrossFit 101) where we go through the basics and teach you correct, safe, and effective ways to: squat, press, deadlift, swing a kettlebell, do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and more. It's a fun way to learn CrossFit in a safe and supportive environment under the guidance of knowledgable and experienced coaches. This foundation is built over the course of 4 sessions and is dedicated to teaching you (and other beginners like you) everything you need to know about getting started with us. Option 2: If you'd prefer a no-barbell, higher-conditioning type of class...SWEAT is the right choice for you. We consider this one a "recess for adults" hour of hard work, high fives, and lots of fun. No experience is required for this class, so once we meet and decide we're a good fit for each other, you can jump right in. Whether it's SWEAT or CrossFit, each session is approximately one hour and will include a warm up, movement demonstrations, time for you to practice technique, and end with a workout that will challenge but not overwhelm you. NEW CLASS: Aerobic Capacity | Saturdays at 8:00am
Coach Manda leads our Aerobic Capacity class, which is designed to help build your engine, strengthen your body, and balance your training by using functional fitness routines. Combine this with our SWEAT Class membership for consistent results, or just pop into a Saturday class as you're able. Oh, and for the runners out there...this class will absolutely improve your run time without adding more miles; strengthen your core; prevent injury; and give you a better final kick! Show up ready for some hard work, high fives, & fun times!

Boot Camp / 6-week Challenge
At certain points in the year, we run a six-week challenge (an upgraded version of our BootCamp 615 program) to help you kick-start your fitness journey. Each challenge has limited spots available and we interview everyone to be sure we're a good fit. Community is HUGELY important to us, so we have a *no asshole* rule that we implement 100%. Soooo.....if you're ready to reclaim your fitness, increase your energy levels, gain confidence and strength, and lose the extra pounds, this is the choice for you. Men and women from all fitness levels are welcome.

Specialty Program: Run CFH
RunCFH is a six-week program where we teach you the Pose running method while prepping for a 5k or 10k race. We meet once a week to focus on skill work, practice drills and technique, and become more efficient (read: faster)...then we have running homework each weekend. Decrease your risk for injury. Become a more efficient runner. Learn how to get rid of junk miles and run the way your body was meant to run.
