| Today's KUDOS go out to Alexie Smith for getting his first Muscle Up over the weekend, too! We love seeing everyone CRUSH their goals (so if you haven't talked to your coach about *your* specific goals yet....hop on it). Today is OPEN GYM from 6-11am & 5-7:30pm! We'll have a few workout options on the board, but you're welcome to create a game plan and work on your own skills/drills, make up a missed lift, hit a benchmark workout, re-do an old Open workout, whatever you need. We'll be there for ya. |
