8 Rounds For Time (while keeping perfect form):
10 Walking Lunges/side
10 Push-ups
10 Vertical Jumps (jump as high as you can, land, do it again)...make it harder with Squat Jumps
10 Burpees
If it's nice outside in your neck of the woods, add in a little sprint at the end of each round (100m).
