
Because of you, our leap of faith was rewarded with blessings beyond measure. We grew up playing sports, and we know there is simply nothing like the bond between teammates. We wanted to combine our passion for living healthy, athletic lives with our respect for the 'team' mentality...and then share that with others in our community.
You guys & gals have allowed us to do just that!
What started as a part-time labor of love has grown into an award-winning training facility (thanks again for all the votes)...that has paid us back tenfold in lifelong friendships and too many happy-crazy-proud-shocking-humbling-excited memories to count.
We have watched each of you grow into better versions of yourselves over the years, and some of your transformations are truly awe inspiring. Whether we're talking about the decreased body fat, the mindset shifts, the strength building, the increased confidence, the healthier living choices, mastering certain skills like the monkey bars, the jump rope, getting your first handstand, or outside-the-box things like being better at your job, playing longer with your kids, completing your first-ever adventure race, crushing your marathon, or even entering your first CrossFit competition....it's been an undescribably amazing journey so far...and there's so much more to come.
Literally, none of this would exist without you guys...so please accept this as our sincerest THANK YOU. We thank you for trusting us as your coaches, for welcoming and supporting each other, for encouraging and celebrating successes, and for contributing to our CrossFit Hermitage family. YOU are part of something amazing, and we are thrilled to be on this journey with you.
