Instead of waiting until Memorial Day, we will perform various "Hero WODs" throughout the month of May as a way to honor those who gave their lives while protecting our freedoms and serving our Nation. These workouts were created by CrossFit HQ, and need to be performed with intense effort and full heart in honor of our fallen heroes.
