- Sign up on the whiteboard to get your measurements taken and log that data into your Lurong account before the deadline.
- Join our private Facebook group "CFH Lurong Paleo Challenge" so we can use this as a communication tool throughout the challenge.
- Keep your eyes peeled for the Paleo Challenge workout details as we figure out dates/times so we can have judges available for everyone.
