This workout should be completed at the Percy Priest Dam off Stewart's Ferry Pike. Park in the lot for the Greenway Trailhead and walk over to the hill with the red markers. You'll see the footpath to run the hill, but scale back to a smaller incline as needed (i.e., scoot to the right).
8 Rounds
Sprint to the top of the hill (shoot for 30-45 seconds)
Walk back down
Rest until the 3:00 mark and start round two.
Try to START each round exactly 3:00 apart (meaning you'll have less rest as you start to slow down). NOTE: this does not mean 3:00 of rest. This means round 1 starts at 0; round 2 starts at 3:00; round 3 starts at 6:00; round 4 starts at 9:00, etc.
