If you're planning to join us, show up at 8am, 8:30am, 9am, or 9:30am - whatever is best for you. We'll warm-up as a group at those times, then kick off the "Helen Meets Grace" workout. You don't have to be a member to jump in, but you do need to comfortable with running, KB swings, and pull-ups/ring rows. You can stop there....or if you're also comfortable with a barbell, you'll continue on to the "Grace" portion of the workout with clean & jerks.
