As you think about your upcoming goals, we encourage you to take a moment and do three things...
- Write a personal "annual review" to take stock of what went well and what didn't go so well in 2013. Take a moment to sit back and BE PROUD of the progress you made this past year. Some of you have reached pretty amazing milestones and learned how to get out of your own way. This is HUGE!
- As you look ahead to 2014, think about how the life you're living right now is contributing to your bigger goals...to your personal mission statement...to your health and happiness. Ask yourself three very simple questions. What should you START doing? What should you STOP doing? What should you CONTINUE doing?
- Finally, instead of waiting until next year to write your 2014 annual review, why not start it today? You already have pen and paper ready to go...so imagine this is January 2015 and write the list of things you achieved in 2014. What are you most proud of? You now have the power to make that happen, so let's do it!
