BUT...here's a workout you can tackle at home or while traveling. give it a shot & let us know how you do:
4 Rounds
25 Squats (get those hips below parallel)
25 Push-ups (be sure your chest touches the ground AND your elbows lock at the top)
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Sit-ups (shoulders touch the ground, then reach through & touch your toes/floor at the top of the sit-up)
